We had an issue with our electricity bill and while on the phone to the nice man at AGL I sent him these pictures.
So no wonder I couldn’t find the correct id numbers for our meters (ours and the neighbours)….these are gas meters. We found the electricity meters eventually.


The issue will be resolved. A presently unknown customer accidentally cancelled our service instead of theirs. The cancellation has been cancelled and they are waiting to find out who did it. π
