First day of Phase 1 opening it is raining
Not a lot of activity in the pubs and restaurants. Quite a few are undergoing renos and are not even ready
This is going to be renovated to some slick modern building.
It is a Surf Lifesaver Club and I would think it was heritage listed but appears not. My tax dollars are being used to pay for the reno’s but I’m not allowed in coz I’m not a member.
